IMPACT ASSESSMENT | RAPID RESPONSE
The RESET Foundation conducted an impact assessment study on the project implemented in two districts of Cabo Delgado – Palma and Mocímboa da Praia – aligned with TEPMA1’s socioeconomic development objectives and corporate social responsibility. The project aimed to provide a rapid response to a critical humanitarian situation, delivering immediate support to 2,652 families in just three weeks. Adapted to an unprecedented context, the solution was executed by a dedicated team, overcoming significant logistical, procurement, and security challenges that impacted mobility. Demonstrating adaptability and resilience, the project expanded its reach to 32 communities and 2,652 farmers, exceeding the initial plan. Community presence involved direct engagement, farmer selection, distribution of inputs and tools, agricultural technical assistance, and production monitoring.
IMPACT ASSESSMENT | JSF RESET 2021-2023
The RESET Foundation is implementing an impact study of JFS RESET from recent years. The objective is to be able to aggregate all existing information from the various business areas and implemented projects that encompass not only the regenerative capacity of the implemented agricultural techniques, but also to understand changes in terms of work with local farmers and households, analyzing the needs satisfied and unsatisfied to calibrate the strategy defined for the next years of activity, improving performance, efficiency and effectiveness throughout the RESET JFS value chain as well as being able to systematize good practices for potential replication and maximization of impact.
